Setting the time

This is used to set the time on the unit’s clock display.

1Press 5or ∞to select CLOCK ADJUST from the SET UP MENU, and press A.MENU. CLOCK ADJUST indications are displayed.

2Press 5or ∞to select ON or OFF.

When ON is selected, the clock is shown in the display.

When OFF is selected, the clock is not shown in the display.

3Select the portion of the time display you wish to set with 2/3.

Pressing 2/3will select a portion of the clock display:

HOUR—MINUTE—ADJUST

4Press 5or ∞to slide to ADJUST, and the minute is reset.

After reset, 00 is displayed.

Note

•If you do not operate the function within about 30 seconds, the display is automatically returned to the playback display.

Listening to XM tuner

You can use this product with a separately sold Universal XM satellite digital tuner system (GEX- FM903XM) or XM satellite digital tuner (GEX- P900XM). For details concerning operation, refer to the XM tuner’s operation manuals. This section provides information on XM operations with this product which differs from that described in the XM tuner’s operation manual.

1CH NAME indicator

Shows what channel select mode has been selected. CH. number is displayed when CH NUMBER is selected, and category is dis- played when CATEGORY is selected.

2CH NUMBER indicator

Shows to which channel number the tuner is tuned.

3BAND indicator

Shows the band which has been selected.

4P.CH indicator

Shows what preset has been selected.

5XM Tuner information

The display is switched each time DISP is pressed.
