2 TouchESC to hide the touch panel keys.
Note
Ifyou do not use the touch panel keys within 30
seconds,they will be hidden automatically.

Using the common touch panel

keys

EQ,AUDIOMENU and DISP. OFF keys are
commonlydisplayed in the source menu.

EQkey

TouchEQ to display the equalizer curve setting
menu.Adjust the equalizer cur ve and make
thebest sound characteristic for the sound
type.

AUDIOMENU key

TouchAUDIO MENU to display the menu for
varioussettings.

atingthe menu on the next page.

DISP.OFF key

Touchand hold DISP.OFF to turn the display
off.Touch the screen to turn the display on.

UsingDISP. OFF to retract the

vehiclesantenna

Atthe standard setting, the vehicles auto an-
tennais automatically retracted when you se-
lectthe source OFF. However, when a
navigationunit or AVG-VDP1 is connected to
thisunit, your vehicles antenna maybe kept
up-positioneven if the source OFF is selected.
Inthat case, use DISP. OFF key and have the
antennaretracted manually.
!Onlywhen AVG-VDP1 is connected to this
unit,you can operate this function.
%Touchthe source OFF, and then, touch
andhold DISP. OFF.
Thedisplay is turned off and your vehicles an-
tennais retracted.
!WhenAVG-VDP1 and the multi-channel
processor(e.g. DEQ-P7650/DEQ-P6600) are
connectedto this unit, the antenna should
beretracted at the time when the source
OFFis selected.
!Whilethe antenna is retracted, a beep from
AVG-VDP1is not properly mixed with the
audiosound outputted from this unit.
