Using CD TEXT functions
Somediscs have certain information encoded
onthe disc during manufacture. These discs
maycontain such information as the CD title,
tracktitle, artist’s name and playback time
andare called CD TEXT discs. Only these spe-
ciallyencoded CD TEXT discs support the
functionslisted below.
Displaying text information on
CD TEXT discs
%PressDISPLAY.
PressDISPLAY repeatedly to switch between
thefollowing settings:
Playtime—DISC TITLE (disc title)—
DISCARTIST (disc artist name)—
TRACKTITLE (track title)—TRACK ARTIST
(trackartist name)
#Ifspecific information has not been recorded
ona CD TEXT disc, NO XXXX will be displayed
(e.g.,NO TRACK TITLE).
Notes
!Youcan scroll to the left of the title by pressing
andholding DISPLAY.
!AudioCD that contain certain information
suchas text and/or number are CD TEXT.
