System Default Settings

Background Color

Go to SET UP section = [Operation] = [Video Settings] = [Background Color] to select the background color when the unit is in the idling condition.

GUI Language Setting

Use the SET UP section = [Operation] = [Info Language] = [Language] command to change the language used in the information area of the Function Menu and text entry language with English (GB), Français, Deutsch, Español or Svenska.

Composite Video/Audio RCA Output

Signal pass-through is supported on this unit only with composite video output and audio RCA output signals.

Use the SET UP section = [Operation] = [Video Settings] = [Composite Out] command to select “Source Monitor”.

Note:

If [Composite Out] is set to “Source Monitor” (pass-through output), when OSD is set to ON during recording, the video and audio will switch to “Decoder Out” (encode/decode output). Regardless of the setting of the [Composite Out] command, outputs other than composite video, audio RCA and headphones will be treated as “Decoder Out” (encode/decode output) video and audio signals.
