	seconds		If set to 0, there is no timeout.
			If set to Null, the default timeout of 20 seconds
			is used.
			If set to value greater than 0, the timeout is for
			that number of seconds (maximum 65536).
up.mwiVisible	0 - Disabled	0	If set to 0 or Null, there is no MWI for
	1 - Enabled		registration x (SIP 2.1.0 and 2.1.1 behavior).
			If set to 1, msg.mwi.x.callBackMode is set to
			disabled. MWI notification will be displayed for
			registration x (Pre-SIP 2.1.0 behavior).
