Chapter 3 • Using the Desktop Projector

The projector can store a full set of values for each video mode. This allows you to switch between video inputs and retain your adjusted settings. When the projector starts up, it automatically returns to the last-stored entries for each video mode.

Note: If you would like to add video to audio-enabled models, you can order the Video Adapter Kit; see Appendix B for ordering information.

IMAGE

This control allows you to switch between NORMAL and REVERSE video modes.

Note: REVERSE video inverts the colors your monitor and projector normally display. For example, a text screen with a light background and dark characters will display light colored text and a dark background in reverse video mode. REVERSE video is used primarily for viewing text screens.

COLORS

This setting allows you to select the color mode most suitable for the type of image you’re projecting. Use the Up or Down arrow key to cycle through the choices.
