Setting the Picture Quality

You can adjust the picture quality to fine or standard, depending on what kind of picture you want. Because standard quality pictures take up less memory, the camera can store more of them than in fine mode.

1.Set the Power switch to M (manual record). (The VIDEO indicator comes on.)

2.Press the MENU dial in. (The CAMERA MENU appears.)

3.Rotate the MENU dial to highlight TO SYSTEM MENU. Press in the MENU dial to select it. (The SYSTEM MENU appears.)

4.Rotate the MENU dial to highlight PICTURE. Press in the MENU dial to select it. (The PICTURE menu appears.)

5.Rotate the MENU dial to highlight FINE or

STANDARD.

Note: The number of storable images depends on the selected picture mode as well as the composition of the subjects in the images.
