POWER MODULE

MAINTENANCE

POWER MODULE

REPLACEMENT

1)Unplug the power source.

2)Remove the Power Module by lifting it up off of the velcro and pull out.

CONTROL MODULE

REPLACEMENT

1)Unplug the power source.

2)Remove the Power Module by lifting it up off of the velcro and pull out.

6)Replace the Control Module and reverse steps to re-install.

BACKUP BATTERY

3) Remove the Power Module cover by

4) Remove the Heat Shield from the Control

5) Unplug all wire harnesses and manual control box cable plugged into the Control module.

5)Pull Power Module off of pins and replace.

NOTE: The 9V battery operates the rear burner and the AA battery operates the DC Sparker for lighting the pilot under power outage conditions.

2)Remove the Power Module by lifting it up off of the velcro and pull out.

3)Remove the Power Module cover by removing the 2 screws, one on each side of the box.

4)Replace the 9V and AA battery and reverse steps to re-install.

MAINTENANCE

6)Reverse steps to re-install.
