BEPERKTE GARANTIE

ResMed garandeert dat uw ResMed-product gedurende de hieronder aangegeven periode vanaf de datum van aanschaf door de eerste consument vrij is van fouten in materiaal en vakmanschap. Deze garantie is niet overdraagbaar.

N.B. Sommige modellen zijn niet in alle regio's verkrijgbaar.

Als het product niet goed functioneert onder de voorwaarden voor normaal gebruik, repareert of vervangt ResMed naar eigen keuze het defecte product of eventuele onderdelen daarvan. Deze beperkte garantie is niet van toepassing op:

a)eventuele schade als gevolg van oneigenlijk gebruik, misbruik, wijziging of aanpassing van het product;

b)reparaties die zijn uitgevoerd door een serviceorganisatie die daartoe niet expliciet is gemachtigd door ResMed;

c)eventuele schade of besmetting door rook van sigaretten, pijp, sigaren of anderszins;

d)eventuele schade als gevolg van op of in een flow-generator gemorst water.

De garantie is ongeldig wanneer het product wordt verkocht of doorverkocht buiten de regio waar het oorspronkelijk werd aangeschaft. Aanspraak op garantie voor het defecte product geldt alleen voor de eerste consument bij aanschaf van het product.

Deze garantie komt in de plaats van elke andere expliciete of impliciete garantie, inclusief eventuele impliciete garantie van verkoopbaarheid of geschiktheid voor een bepaald doel. In sommige regio’s of staten zijn geen beperkingen toegestaan op de duur van een impliciete garantie, daarom is de bovengenoemde beperking misschien niet voor u van toepassing.

ResMed is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele incidentele schade of gevolgschade die beweerdelijk het gevolg zou zijn van verkoop, installatie of gebruik van enig ResMed-product. In sommige regio’s of staten is de uitsluiting of beperking van incidentele schade of gevolgschade niet toegestaan, daarom is de bovengenoemde beperking misschien niet voor u van toepassing. Deze garantie geeft u specifieke rechten, en u kunt tevens andere rechten hebben die per regio verschillen.
