CONFIGURAZIONE DELLO HUMIDAIRE 3i PER L’USO

AVVERTENZA

! Assicurarsi che il generatore di flusso sia disinserito dalla presa di corrente prima di collegare lo HumidAire 3i.

RIMOZIONE DEL COPERCHIO ANTERIORE (SE INSTALLATO)

Si rimanda alle illustrazioni nella sezione B del foglio delle illustrazioni.

Il vostro generatore di flusso potrebbe essere dotato di un coperchio anteriore (B-1). Prima di installare lo HUMIDAIRE 3i, premere il tasto di apertura sotto il coperchio anteriore (B-2)e tirarlo in senso opposto rispetto al generatore di flusso (B-3 & B-4).

Note

•Per rimettere il coperchio anteriore, ristabilirne la posizione originale (B-4)e spingerlo con fermezza fino ad avere udito lo scatto di posizionamento.

•Ricordare di portare con sé il coperchio anteriore durante gli spostamenti, in caso si debba utilizzare l’apparecchio CPAP senza umidificatore.

RIMOZIONE E STOCCAGGIO DELLA SPINA DEL CONNETTORE

Si rimanda alle illustrazioni nella sezione C del foglio delle illustrazioni.

Prima di collegare lo HUMIDAIRE 3i, rimuovere la spina del connettore dal generatore di flusso (C-1)e sistemarla sul retro dell’unità di alloggiamento (C-2).

CONNESSIONE DELLO HUMIDAIRE 3i

Si rimanda alle illustrazioni nella sezione D del foglio delle illustrazioni.

1Allineare lo HUMIDAIRE 3i al generatore di flusso (D-1)e spingere le due unità l’una contro l’altra fino ad avere udito lo scatto di posizionamento (D-2).

AVVERTENZA

! • L’unità di alloggiamento dello HumidAire 3i va attaccata o staccata solo quando la camera dell’acqua è vuota.

• Occorre impedire che l’acqua entri nel generatore di flusso. Non trasportare il generatore di flusso quando lo HumidAire 3i è attaccato.

2Inserire il cavo di alimentazione nell’apposita presa sul retro del generatore di flusso. Inserire l’altra estremità del cavo di alimentazione in una presa di corrente (D-3).

Nota: Se il generatore di flusso è alimentato tramite corrente continua, lo HumidAire 3i non viene alimentato e l’umidificazione erogata viene ridotta.

3Collocare l’unità combinata su una superficie ben salda e piana vicino al letto, ad un livello più basso rispetto alla posizione che si assume durante il sonno. Assicurarsi che la superficie non sia sensibile al calore e/o all’umidità, o usare un tappetino protettivo.
