ARCHIVE FILE—STORING THE IMAGES OF YOUR ORIGINALS INTO MEMORY

The optional copier hard disk is required to use this function.

You can store images you frequently

2 use, and recall and copy them any time.

There are four types in this function:

Storing The Images

Stores image pages you frequently use.

Deleting The Stored Images

The stored images are not cleared

by turning the power off or by pressing the {Clear Modes/Energy Saver} key. They are canceled only when you delete or overwrite them.

Deletes a set of image pages al- ready stored.

Printing A List Of The Stored Images

Makes a combined copy of each first page of all the stored files (8 pages into one 1-sided, or 16 pages into one 2-sided).

Recalling The Stored Images

Recalls a set of stored image pages

and copies them onto the A4, 81/2" × 11" copy paper.

Note

The maximum capacity is 16 files or 32 pages. If you store more than two pages in one file, the maxi- mum number of files might be less than 16.

Image pages to be stored should be A4K , 81/2" × 11"K size.

The functions that can be stored are as follows:

1-sided copy or 2-sided copy

Image density

Set your originals on the exposure glass.
