B To make punch holes, press the [Punch] key.

❒The optional 3000-sheet finisher and punch kit are required to use this function (Type 3 only).

❒You cannot make punch holes with Rotate Sort.

Note

❒If you do not wish to make punch holes, go to Step D.

C Make sure that [ON] is selected, then press the [OK] key.

D Enter the number of copy sets with the {Number} keys.

A Set a stack of originals in the document feeder, then press the {Start} key.

After all the originals are scanned, the copies are deliv- ered to the tray.

Note

❒The last page should be on the bottom.

❒If an original is misfed dur- ing sorted copying, reset your originals in the docu- ment feeder according to the instruction on the display. The display will indicate the number of originals you should return.
