Mobile Networks

Before you use applications such as Google Maps and find your location or search for places of interest, you must enable the Mobile networks options.

From a Home screen, touch Apps Settings

More settings Mobile networks to display the following options:

Mobile data: Enable or disable your device’s connection to the mobile data network.

Global Data Roaming Access: Enable or disable connection to data services when your device is roaming on another network.

Roaming: Indicates if you are currently in roaming mode.

Signal strength: Indicates your current signal strength.

Network Mode

Access Point Names: Choose a preferred APN.

Network operators: Select a network operator.

Mobile Hotspot

Use your tablet as an Access Point (AP), connecting up to ten devices via a Wi-Fi network to the Internet.

Tethering

Share your tablet’s mobile data connection via USB and Bluetooth.

VPN

Set up and manage Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
