Send an Email to Group Members

Create a new em

ail addressed to the group’s members.

1.From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Contacts

➔ Groups tab.

2.Touch a Group to display it.

3.Touch Menu ➔ Send email.

4.Touch group members to mark them as recipients for the email, and then touch Done.

5.The new email opens with the marked contacts as recipients. For more information about using email, see “Compose and Send Email” on page 81.

Edit a Group

1.From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Contacts

➔ Groups tab.

2.Touch a Group to display it.

3.Touch Menu ➔ Edit group, and then update information for the group.

Change Group Order

New groups are displayed in alphabetic order. To change the order in which groups are displayed:

1.From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Contacts

➔ Groups tab.

2.Touch Menu ➔ Change order.

3.Touch the grid on an entry and drag the entry to a new position in the list.

4.Touch Done to change the order.

Delete a Group

Note: Pre-loaded groups cannot be deleted.

1.From a Home screen, touch Apps ➔ Contacts

➔ Groups tab.

2.Touch Menu ➔ Delete.

3.Touch groups to mark them for deletion or touch Select all to mark all groups.

4.Touch Done.

5.Choose Group only or Group and group members and then touch OK to delete the selected groups.
