Вказівки

Намочіть хліб у молоці. Покладіть хліб у фарш. Додайте приправи і ретельно вимішайте руками (а). Сформуйте дві кульки. Покладіть у миску цибулю і моркву (б). Зверху покладіть м’ясні кульки і залийте бульйоном. Поставте тарілку на решітку для гриля. Увімкніть програму. Змішайте всі складники для соусу (2). Коли пролунає звуковий сигнал, влийте соус у бульйон із м’ясними кульками. Переверніть їх і продовжуйте приготування.
