The basics

Managing certificates

On your phone you can add and delete public key certificates. You can store the following two types of certificates on your phone.

•Personal: help to establish your identity, when you log on to a secured network, such as a corporate network.

•Root: help to establish the identity of servers with which you connect. This helps to prevent unauthorised users from accessing your phone and information.

Viewing certificates

1.On the Home screen, press the Start soft key.

2.Select Settings → More... → Security → Certificates

→ a certificate type.

3.To view more details, select the certificate.

Deleting a certificate

1.Scroll to the certificate you want on the list.

2.Press the Menu soft key and then select Delete.

3.Press the Yes soft key to confirm the deletion.
