Replacing the Ribbon cartridge

4 After removing the cartridge from its package, rotate the roller to smooth out wrinkles or uneven areas in the film.

If the film is not even, it could be damaged during installation.

5 Insert the cartridge in the direction in the shown illustration.

6 Make sure that the cartridge is under the lever and then close the side cover.
