INITIAL SETUP (SETUP WINDOW) (User Level: ID4)
The “SETUP” window is the first window that is displayed after the software has been installed.
It contains two tabs: the “SYSTEM SETUP” tab and the “REGISTER DVR” tab. These tabs are used to
carry out initial settings relating to the network configuration and the system environment. Click
on the toolbar to display the “SETUP” window, and then click a tab index to specify a tab.

■SYSTEM SETUP tab

1LANGUAGE (Default setting: ENGLISH)
This sets the language that the software uses
for displays. Select the button corresponding
to the required language and then click [OK].
After this setting has been made, the display
language will change the next time the
software is started.
Available settings:
English, French, Spanish, German
2TV SYSTEM (Default setting: NTSC)
This sets the TV format (N TSC/PAL) in
accordance with the input signals. Select a
button and then click [OK].
3MASTER CONTROL PC
(Default setting: Blank)
This sets the master computer for the
network. Type in the IP address for the
computer to be used and then click [OK].

The quality setting can be changed
using “REC MODE SET” in the “MENU”
window.(P .30)
Any settings or changes made to
MASTER CONTROL PC will only take
effect after the software has been shut
down and restarted.
