REMAINING BATTERY CHARGE INDICATION

NOTE

œThe remaining battery charge indicator will give an accurate indication of the remaining charge only when the supplied AA nickel metal hydride batteries are used. The indication will not be accurate if you are using Ni-Cd batteries.

œFor optimum performance, use only Sanyo nickel metal hydride batteries. If you are using Ni-Cd batteries, the possible operation time will be much shorter.

œDepending on the usage of the digital camera (such as the number of times the flash is used, the use of the LCD monitor, etc.) or the environmental conditions (temperature, etc.) the number of images that can be saved on a set of fully charged batteries will vary greatly.

HELP

If the LCD monitor goes off suddenly

œWhen capturing images using the LCD monitor and the battery charge is about half full, the LCD monitor may turn off momentarily. This is to allow a quick recharge of the flash. When the flash has been recharged, the LCD monitor will come back on automatically.

The AZ1E model, in particular, stands out for its robustness and versatility, which makes it an ideal companion for both casual photographers and travel enthusiasts.

One of the key features of these models is their 8-megapixel CCD sensor, which captures images with impressive clarity and detail. The camera supports a variety of resolutions, allowing users to choose the perfect size for their needs, from printing larger photos to sharing online. In addition, the VPC-AZ1E offers a powerful 3x optical zoom lens, enabling users to get closer to their subjects without sacrificing image quality.

Both cameras are equipped with a bright, LCD screen that allows for easy framing and review of shots. The screen also facilitates menu navigation and access to a wide range of settings, making it user-friendly. An array of scene modes are available, including portrait, landscape, and night modes, which optimize camera settings and enhance image quality according to different shooting conditions.

Sanyo's incorporation of advanced image stabilization technology in the AZ1E and AZ1 minimizes the effects of camera shake, making it easier to capture clear images, particularly in low-light situations. This feature is particularly beneficial for users who may not have steady hands or when shooting without a tripod.

In terms of video capabilities, the VPC-AZ1E supports 720p HD video recording, allowing users to capture high-definition video clips with sound. This adds to the camera's versatility, making it suitable for not just still photography but also for videography.

The Sanyo cameras also come with various connectivity options, including USB and AV outputs, which facilitate easy transfer of files to a computer or TV. These models typically feature internal storage, along with an SD card slot for expanding storage capacity.

In summary, the Sanyo VPC-AZ1E and VPC-AZ1 offer an impressive combination of features, including a high-resolution sensor, optical zoom, image stabilization, and HD video capture. Their compact design and intuitive interface make them excellent choices for users seeking quality performance in a versatile digital camera.
