Storing shooting settings

You can store your custom settings in the digital camera (original settings). Up to 3 different custom settings can be stored. Also, you can edit your stored original settings and save the new settings. Your original settings are selected using the same procedure as for the preset settings.

1 Adjust the various settings.

œAdjust the various settings that appear on the Information Screen, such as resolution, compression ratio, white balance, light measuring method, exposure control, etc.

œWhen a preset setting is selected, the settings cannot be stored.

2 Set to a shooting mode, and press the MODE button for at least 2 seconds to display the Information Screen (see page 42).

œThe current settings are shown on the Information Screen.

3 Press the SET button.

œThe Store Settings Screen appears.

œTurn the jog dial to select a number to store your settings.

œScreens (Ito J) are for storing the settings.

œ“OVERWRITE?” appears on the screen.

5 Confirm the settings, and press the SET button.

œThe screen to enter a name for the settings appears.

œUp to 6 characters can be entered for the name.
