Exit tray

Finished copies are deposited in the exit tray.

Power switch

Press to turn copier power on and off.

Operation panel

All copier controls are located here for easy operation.

Original holder (optional)

Keep originals here.

Document cover (optional)

Place the original on the document glass and close the document cover before copying starts.

Toner collecting container cover

Open to replace the toner collecting container.

Duplex module or 500-sheet paper drawer (optional)

The copier can be equipped with either a duplex module or a 500-sheet paper drawer. When neither is installed, the opening is covered. The duplex module provides duplex copying capability.

Paper trays

Each tray holds 500 sheets of 20 lb. bond paper.

Front cover

Open to remove misfeeds and to service the copier.

Right side covers

Open to remove misfeeds in the paper feed area.

Document glass

All originals which cannot be copied from the optional RADF must be copied here.

Paper clip tray

Keep paper clips here.

Bypass tray paper guides

Adjust to the width of the copy paper.

Bypass tray

Special papers (including transparency film) and copy paper can be fed from the bypass tray.
