Transaction Report

This report is printed out automatically after an operation is completed to allow you to check the result. Your fax machine is set at the factory to print out the report only when an error occurs.

♦The same headings appear in the Transaction Report as in the Activity Report. See page 84 for an explanation of the headings.

♦The Transaction report cannot be printed on demand.

If desired, you can change the condition under which a report is printed out. Follow the steps below.

1 Press these keys:

2 Press a number from 1 to 5 to

	select the condition for printing.
1	ALWAYS	A report will be
	PRINT	printed after each
		transmission,
		reception, or error.
2	ERR/	A report will be
	TIMER/	printed after an error,
	MEM	timer operation, or
		memory operation.
3	SEND	A report will be
	ONLY	printed after each
		transmission.
4	NEVER	A report will never be
	PRINT	printed.
5	ERROR	A report will be
	ONLY	printed only when an

error occurs.

3 Press the STOP key to return to the date and time display.
