You can change the condition under which a Transaction Report is printed out. Follow the steps below.

	FUNKTION once and		Display:
Press	FUNKTION once and	twice.	OPTION SETTING
			OPTION SETTING
Press	once and	once.	TRANSACTION
Press	once.		1:ALWAYS PRINT
Press	once.
			(Selections appear alternately)

4 Press a number from 1 to		5 to select the condition for printing.
1	ALWAYS PRINT	A report will be printed after each
		transmission, reception, or error.
2	ERROR/MEMORY	A report will be printed after an error or a
		memory operation.
3	SEND ONLY	A report will be printed after each
		transmission.
4	ERROR ONLY	A report will be printed only when an error
		occurs.
5	NEVER PRINT	A report will never be printed.
	NEVER PRINT	A report will never be printed.

The display briefly shows your selection, then:

PSEUDO RING

5 Press STOP to return to the date and time display.

Help List

This list provides a brief guide to the operation of the machine. Press

KOPIE/HILFE/ABRUF while no document is loaded in the feeder to print the list.
