Operating the Answering System

Listening to received messages

When you return, the display will show the number of messages recorded. Follow the steps below to listen to your messages.

1 Press WIEDERGHALTEN ./ .

•If you only want to listen to new messages (messages not previously listened to), continue to hold WIEDERGHALTEN ./ down for at least two seconds.

2 The messages will play.

•As each message plays, the date and time of recording will appear briefly in the display. If no messages were received, NO MESSAGES will appear.

• Repeat: To listen to a message a second time, press
