This command allows the TA to finish an ongoing proactive command, if any. This is done by sending a Terminal Response “ME currently unable to process command - screen is busy” to the SIM (see table
The actual reaction regarding the Terminal Response depends on the SIM application.
The command can be used to return to IDLE state regardless whether a Proactive command is ongoing or not.
