Deleting Unnecessary Print Settings
1 Click the 
(Retrieve Settings) button on the Printing Preferences dialog box.
The Retrieve Settings dialog appears.
2 Click the file name which you wish to delete on the list.
The selected file name is displayed in the Name text box.
The file name selected in step 2 is displayed.
3 Click the [Delete] button.
A confirmation window appears.
4 Click the [Yes] button.
The file selected in step 2 is deleted.
