1 Click the [Job] button.

Click the [Job] button.

The Windows spooler window appears.

2 Right-click the name of the job you wish to control. A drop down list appears.

3 Select the desired item.

Item	Comments
Pause	To pause printing

Restart	To reset the printer so that it is ready
	to print (ready status)

Cancel	To cancel the print job
