Selecting an Announcementfor Screen Call
To select a Screen Call announcement:
1.Select 
>Tools>VoiceServices>ScreenCall> Announcement.
2.Depending on your preference, select
RecordingYour Name for a Prerecorded Announcement
You can use a prerecorded announcement with or without your name. If you record your name, your phone adds your name to the prerecorded message to announce that you are not available to answer calls.
Torecordyourname:
1.Select 
>Tools>VoiceServices>ScreenCall> Announcement.
2.Select
3.Select RecordName and press

■If your name has already been recorded, select Yes to overwrite the existing recording.
4.Press 
to start the first recording. (Press 
to stop recording.)
5.After the first recording, press 
again to start the second recording.
6.Press 
to stop recording.
Tip: The maximum recording time is 12 seconds.
