If you aren’t sure what your Sprint PCS Vision user name is, you can easily find it online or on your phone.

Tofindyourusername:

⬤At www.sprint.com. Sign on to your account using your wireless phone number and password. To display your user name, click the MyPersonalInformation menu, and then click on SprintPCS VisionUserName.

⬤Onyourphone.You can find your user name under the PhoneInfo option in your phone’s Settings menu ( > Settings>PhoneInfo>Phone#/UserID).
