Note: When dialing a number with a hard pause, press

Plus (+) Code Dialing
When placing international calls, you can use Plus Code Dialing to automatically enter the international access code for your location (for example, 011 for international calls made from the United States). This feature is subject to network availability.
TomakeacallusingPlusCodeDialing:
1.Press and hold 
until a “+”appears on your phone display.
2.Dial the country code and phone number you’re calling
and press 
or 
. (The access code for international dialing will automatically be dialed, followed by the country code and phone number.)
Note: Plus Code Dialing cannotbe used when entering an address or a number for SMSTextMessaging or SMSVoice Messaging. (See “Using SMS TextMessaging”on page 171 or “Using SMSVoice Messaging”on page 181.)
