Standing Bicep Curl

1Assume a standing position in front of the back of the machine.

2Adjust handles to inner loop.

3Grasp the handles with palms facing forward.

4Slowly flex your elbow bring- ing your wrist toward your shoulder.

5Do not let your elbows come forward. Maintain erect posture keeping stomach tight.

6Return to start position with a slow controlled manner.
