Tricep Pushdown

1Attach chain and handle to upper cable latch.

2Stand erect and grasp han- dle at shoulder width.

3While keeping elbows at your side, push the bar straight down to your thighs.

4Keep your stomach tight and a slight body tilt forward.

5Return to the starting posi- tion under control.

6Do not let elbows come away from your side.
