To Monitor Fans

From the Sensor Reading tab, select the Fan tab.

The Fan screen appears, displaying the critical thresholds, the actual sensor reading, and the status for each of the systems fans. The readings are in RPM. The information is presented in tabular format. TABLE 3-12shows sample information on the Fan screen. The sample is for the fan labeled Fanbd1/FM1.

Monitoring Temperatures

To Monitor Temperatures

From the Sensor Reading tab, select the Temperature tab.

The Temperature screen appears, displaying the ambient chassis and CPU temperatures. The temperatures are displayed in degrees celsius. The Sensor Reading screen shows the current temperature reading. TABLE 3-13shows sample Temperature information for CPU 0. A separate table is presented for each CPU and each ambient sensor.
