1 Pollo cortado en piezas

1 taza de harina Aceite

1/4 de cucharada de sazonador de pollo l-l/2 cucharadas de sal

1/4 de cucharada de pimienta

Sazone el pollo con sal y pimienta. En una bolsa de plástico, vacíe 1 taza de harina, l-1/2 cucharada de sal Coloque de 4 a 5 piezas de pollo dentro de la bolsa y sacúdala hasta que las piezas estén bien cubiertas. Precaliente el aceite en la Freidora. Coloque primero las piezas más grandes de pollo en la Freidora, y después las más pequeñas. Cuando el pollo esté cocinado y dorado, saque del aceite y deje escurrir en la canasta para freír para remover el exceso de aceite.

AROS DE CEBOLLA ALA FRANCESA

2 cebollas grandes cortadas en aros de 1/4 pulg./O.6 cm. de ancho o rebanadas delgadas

Combine:

 

1 taza de leche

1 taza de agua

Remoje las cebollas en la mezcla de leche y agua por 112 hora. Escúrralas y colóquelas sobre papel absorbente, cúbrala con la Mezcla para Freír Vegetales (receta en la sección de Frituras). Fría en el

aparato precalentado a 350” F - 370” F /176” C - 187” C hasta que esté dorado. Escurra en papel absorbente.

CAMOTE

Lave y hierva por 10 minutos: camotes grandes

Pele y corte el camote en tiras. Fría las tiras de camote en la freidora hasta que estén doradas. Escúrralas sobre papel absorbente. Rocíelas con sal, azúcar morena y con nuez moscada recién rallada.

Para flamearlas, antes de servir coloque el camote en una cacerola. Rocíe sobre ellas: 2 cucharadas de brandy tibio, ron o aguardiente de manzana. Encienda e incline el sartén hacia atrás hasta que la llama se apague.

Precaliente la freidora a 370” F/ 187” C

Limpie y prepare para cocinar:

Pequeñas piezas de pescado de un ancho de 1 pulg./2.54 cm.

Sumérjalos en:

La Mezcla para Freír Pescado (receta en sección de Frituras)

Fría por un tiempo de 5 a 8 minutos, o hasta que esté dorado. El pescado se elevará a la superficie cuando esté listo.

Escurra sobre un papel absorbente. Sirva muy caliente con rodajas de limón o salsa tártara.
