1 galinha cortada em pedacos

1 copo de farinha de trigo óleo

1/4 colher de chá de condimentos para galinha l-l/2 colheres de chá de sal

1/4 colher de mesa de pimenta

Tempere a galinha com sal e pimenta. Em um saco plástico, despeje 1 copo de farinha de trigo, l-l/2 colheres de chá de sal. Coloque 4 a 5 pedacos de galinha dentro do saco plástico e sacuda até que os pedacos estejam cobertos de farinha. Aqueta o óleo na Fritadeira. Coloque os pedacos maiores de galinha na Fritadeira seguido dos pedacos menores. Quando a galinha estiver cozida e dourada, retire do óleo e deixe escorres dentro da cesta para fritar para retirar o excesso de óleo.

ANÉIS DE CEBOLA FRITOSA FRANCESA

Tire a pelee corte a cebola em fatias de 114 de polegadai 0.6 cm. e separe-os.

Corte as batatas em fatias. Frite as batatas doce na fritadeira até que elas fiquem douradas. Deixe-as escorrer em papel absorvente. Salpique o sal, acúcar mascavo ou nós moscada moída.

Para flambe, antes de servir coloque as batatas escorridas em urna lata. Salpique 2 colheres de mesa de conhaque, ou rum. Acenda e levante mexa a panela até que a chama se apague
