• Retirez le panier à friture et mettez-le de côté.

• Utilisez de l’huile d’arachide ou une huile végétale de bonne qualité (maïs, tournesol, colza ou huile d’olive légère) pour le bain de friture; remplissez la cuve entre les repères MIN et MAX.

• Ne dépassez pas le niveau MAX.

• Passez un chiffon imbibé d’huile à l’intérieur du hublot pour empêcher la condensation.

• Ne remplissez pas le panier de façon excessive.

• Placez le panier dans la friteuse, fermez le couvercle.

• Branchez l’appareil sur la prise de courant.

• Réglez la minuterie à la position ON (marche). Le voyant rouge de FONCTIONNEMENT s’allumera.

• Réglez le sélecteur de température au niveau désiré. Consultez la recette pour la température appropriée.

• Une fois la température choisie atteinte, le voyant vert de PRÊT s’allumera.

• Appuyez sur le bouton de descente du panier pour faire abaisser le panier progressivement dans l’huile.

• Programmez le temps de cuisson désiré à l’aide de la minuterie. Voyez la recette pour la cuisson appropriée.

• La minuterie tintera à la fin de la durée de cuisson choisie. La friteuse s’éteindra une fois la minuterie revenue à «OFF» (arrêt).

• Lorsque le bouton de la minuterie est réglé à «Stay On» (fonctionnement continu), la friteuse maintient la température choisie et ne s’arrête pas automatiquement.

REMARQUE: Abaisser des aliments dans le bain d’huile refroidit l’huile, ce qui fait éteindre le voyant vert de PRÊT.

NOTE: When you add food to the oil the temperature will drop causing green READY light to turn off.

• When Timer Control Knob is set to “Stay On”, Fryer will maintain set temperature and will not automatically shut-off. Great for frying batch after batch at parties.

• Timer will sound when desired cooking time is reached. The Unit will shut off when the timer knob reaches “OFF.”

• Rotate Timer Control Knob to desired cooking time. See recipe instructions for proper time selection.

• Press button on handle to slowly lower basket.

• When the desired temperature is reached, the green READY light will come on.

• Adjust the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature. See recipe instructions for proper temperature selection.

• Move Timer Control Knob to the ON position. The red POWER light willl turn on.

• Plug the Power Cord into outlet.

• Place basket back in Deep Fryer and close the lid.

• Do not overfill the basket.

• Wipe the inside of the viewing window with a little oil to prevent condensation.

• Do not fill past the MAX marking.

• Using only a good quality peanut oil, vegetable oil, pure corn oil, sunflower oil, canola oil or light olive oil for deep-frying, fill the pot to a point between the MIN marking and the MAX marking.
