Viewing Week View
The Week View lets you view all meetings scheduled within the span of an entire week. You can also view meetings scheduled in upcoming and previous weeks.

To view the Week View
1From the Main menu, choose Calendar. The Day View screen appears.
2Click ViewWeek.
Tip You can also click ViewWeek from the Month View screen.
To view the previous or next week
1View the Week View.
2Click one of the following buttons:

•PrevWeek
