•Pulse el botón "Menú" (Menu) en el modo de espera hasta que se encienda la luz indicadora de "Arroz integral" (Brown rice), la pantalla digital mostrará un "90" y la luz indicadora de "Iniciar" ("Start") parpadeará – Fig.19. Al pulsar el botón "Iniciar" (Start), la olla entrará en el modo "Arroz integral" (Brown rice), la luz indicadora de "Iniciar" (Start) permanecerá encendida y la pantalla digital mostrará el tiempo de la cuenta atrás – Fig.17.

•Hay una fase de hervido. El tiempo de hervido ya está incluido en los 90 minutos del tiempo de cocción.

•Después del hervido, la luz indicadora de "Mantener caliente" (Keep Warm) se encenderá, sonarán varios pitidos y la pantalla digital mostrará una "b". La olla entrará en la fase "Mantener caliente" (Keep Warm) – Fig.15.

Recomendaciones para

un resultado óptimo al cocer el arroz

•Mida el arroz y en un colador enjuáguelo bajo el chorro de agua durante un buen rato (excepto el arroz de risotto que no debe enjuagarse). Después coloque el arroz en el recipiente con la correspondiente cantidad de agua.

•Asegúrese de que el arroz esté bien distribuido por toda la superficie del recipiente para que se cocine todo por igual.

•Añada sal a su gusto si es necesario.

•El agua puede sustituirse por caldo. Si utiliza caldo, el arroz puede dorarse un poco en la parte inferior.

•No abra la tapa durante la cocción porque el vapor escapará e influirá en el tiempo de cocción y en el gusto.
