FAQ

How can I troubleshoot line voltage issues at the integrated control?

Check the wiring to the inducer and if okay, replace the inducer assembly. If the issue persists, check the integrated control diagnostic LED lamp and reset by interrupting power to control for more than one second. If the LED stays on continuously, replace the integrated control.

What should I do if there's no hot surface ignitor energize and glow?

Check the wiring to the hot surface ignitor and if okay, replace the hot surface ignitor assembly. Check across "MV" after hot surface ignitor warm-up for 24 volts during the same period. If the issue persists, follow the same steps as above.

Why is the gas valve not opening?

Check the wiring to the gas valve and if okay, replace the gas valve.
