100 (4) = ±5V

101 (5) = ±10V

3 to 4 - Reserved

5 to 7 Hold mode Shows the output mode, clear mode (normal) or hold mode.

101 = Hold mode

Other than above = Clear mode

8 Output type

setting error 1 when the output type designation is inval id.

9 to C - Reserved

D Output limit 1 when the D/A conversion data i s limited because of the range

over.

E External 24V error 1 when the external 24Vdc is not normal.
