Houd de knieën gestrekt en pak de roeigreep onderhands vast. Begin de beweging met gestrekte armen. Buig de armen tot de roeigreep tegen de borst ligt (let op dat de kabel vrij blijft). U kunt de biceps ook ontwikkelen door voor het toestel te staan, u ofwel boven of onder de stang vast te houden en uw armen te buigen.

DUWSPIEREN TRAINING

Ga met de rug naar het voetframe op de rolbank zitten. Pak de roeigreep vast. Strek de armen boven het hoofd (let op dat de kabel vrij blijft).

BORSTSPIEREN TRAINEN

Sta langs het toestel met één voet tussen de rails. Trek met gebogen arm de roeigreep op tot aan de andere schouder (let op dat de kabel vrij blijft).

SCHOUDERS

Ga voor het toestel staan en houd uw armen boven de stang. Duw de stang omhoog door de schouders omhoog te brengen en de armen te buigen. Houd de rug hierbij recht.

BELANGRIJK! Let er steeds op dat het treksnoer niet geknikt raakt.
