2.2.4Installing the PCI-E/PCI Cards

The FT48-B4985 has seven PCI card slots:

2 x PCI-E x16 slots

2 x PCI-E x4 slots

1 x PCI slot

Follow the instructions in this section to install to install any of the above kinds of PCI cards in your FT48-B4985 system.

1.Locate the PCI-E/PCI card slots on the motherboard. See “System Internal View” on page 15 for the PCI-E/PCI slot locations.

2. Unscrew the blanking plate from the slot you want to use.
