7.Hold the burner at the right hand side and lift to clear the right burner leg. Then pull to the right to clear the injectors on the left hand side.

8.Remove injector orifices from left burner leg using 1/2” wrench. (Fig. 64)

9.Install conversion orifices. (See Table 2)

Models 3920, 3930, 4065, 4070 (R Models) Only

10.Remove cap from Hi-Lo knob. This can be accom- plished by lifting the plastic cap off the screw. (Fig. 58)

11.Remove the screw from center of Hi-Lo knob with small screwdriver turning counterclockwise. (Fig. 58)

12.Insert blue painted screw when converting to natural gas and red painted screw when converting to LP.

13.Tighten screw, replace cap.

14.Locat pilot. (Fig. 57)

15.Replace pilot orifice:

Remove pilot hood by lifting up. (Fig. 59) NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the pilot tube for conver- sion.

Remove pilot orifice with allen wrench. (Fig. 60)

Install the conversion orifice.

Reinstall pilot hood. Be sure to align hood with

index tab.

Loosen pilot hood turning counterclockwise using a 7/16” wrench. (Fig. 61)

Remove pilot orifice with needlenose pliers. (Fig. 62)

Install the conversion orifice.

Reinstall pilot hood and tighten until mark on pilot hood aligns with mark on pilot bracket.
