Two-Stage Snowblower Cutting Edge

NOTE: The cutting edge of the snowblower is re- versible and needs to be replaced only when both the top and bottom edges have worn.

Replace the snowblower cutting edge as follows:

1.Remove the six (6) 5/16-NC hex nuts and 5/16 in. lock washers from the rear of the snow- blower housing, behind the cutting edge. Re- move the six (6) 5/16-NC x 1 in. carriage bolts from the front of the cutting edge.

2.If only one edge of the blade is dulled or nicked, rotate the blade 180 degrees. (The sharp edge should now be at the bottom.) Re- install the cutting edge onto the snowblower housing by reversing the removal procedure.

3.If both edges are dull or nicked, remove the cutting edge and install a new one by reversing the removal procedure.
