1.System Name - Choose a descriptive name for the Prestige for identification purposes, e.g., p2864. This name should be no more than 8 alphanumeric characters. Spaces are not allowed, but “-” and “_” are accepted. This name can be retrieved remotely via SNMP, used for CHAP authentication, and will be displayed as the prompt in the Command Mode. See Chapter 6 for more information on CHAP; see Chapter 14 for more information on Command Mode.

2.Location - Enter the geographic location (up to 31 characters) of your Prestige, e.g., San Jose.

3.Contact Person’s Name - Enter the name (up to 8 characters) of the person in charge of this Prestige, e.g., Brent Harper. The Location and the Contact Person fields are optional.

4.Protocols - Turn on or off the individual protocols for your particular application. Unsupported protocols will have a N/A in their fields.
