LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

Homelite Consumer Products (“Warrantor”) garantiza al comprador original al menudeo que este producto de la marca HOMELITE carece de defectos en los materiales y en la mano de obra, y acuerda reparar o remplazar, a

la sola discreción de cualquier producto encontró en el juicio razonable de Fiador para ser defectuoso en la materia o la habilidad durante el período aplicable de garantía sin carga para partes y trabajo. El período aplicable de la garantía será un dos años si el producto es utilizado para personal, familiar o el uso de la casa; y 90 días, si utilizado para cualquier otro propósito, como propaganda, la renta, o cualquier propósito de ingresos-produciendo. Esta garantía extiende al comprador original de la venta al por menor sólo y comienza en la fecha de la compra original de la venta al por menor.

El transporte a y del centro de servicio no es cubierto, y debe ser pagó por el propietario. Ningún reclamo de infracción de garantía será causa para la cancelación ni la rescisión del contrato de venta del producto. Para recibir servicio de garantía, el producto, inclusive alguna parte defectuosa, debe ser entregado a un centro de reparaciones que ha sido autorizado por Fiador para atender a este producto. Un centro de servicio autorizado pueden ser situados llamando 1-800-242-4672.
