Managing your destination groups
Adding an email group and addresses
This section provides procedures for managing your destination groups (e.g., email, USB flash drive, FTP, network). In addition, information and procedures are included for importing your personal email address book.
If you want to add an address to an email group that already exists, skip to step 2.
1.In the Configuration Organizer window, access Destination mode and select Edit>Add
2.To add an email address to a specific email group, select the email group icon you want to add an address(es) to and select Edit>Add Item or press the Ins key. The Add dialog box will be displayed.
3. Enter the name and address and click OK.
NOTE: If you do not want the email address placed in alphabetical order, uncheck Add to list alphabetically.
4.The email address will be added to the selected email group and the address will be listed on the Configuration Organizer window.
5.Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each email address you want to add to a specific email group.
