Solving printer power problems

The printer and the computer cannot exchange data.

These are possible solutions. Try one or more of the following:

MAKE SURE THE PRINTER POWER SUPPLY IS ATTACHED CORRECTLY

1Press Solving printer power problems to turn the printer off.

2Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.

3Remove the power supply from the printer.

4Reconnect the power supply to the printer.

5Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.

6Press MAKE SURE THE PRINTER POWER SUPPLY IS ATTACHED CORRECTLY to turn the printer on.

MAKE SURE THE PRINTER IS NOT IN SLEEP MODE

If the power light is blinking on and off slowly, then the printer is in sleep mode. Press MAKE SURE THE PRINTER IS NOT IN SLEEP MODE to turn the printer on.
