Troubleshooting

Check the following points before sending this product for repair.

The following phenomena are not malfunctions.

Device noise is heard from the interior of the projector

There is color bleeding on the screen

When the projector fails to run properly due to external noises, perform the following operations.

ACheck to ensure that the power is shut down. Unplug the power cord, and insert again.

BTurn on the power of the projector.

If there is no abnormality on the screen when the phenomena below appear, they are not malfunctions.

The top or front part as well as the rear of the projector unit is hot

A creaking sound is heard from the projector

A sound maybe heard when the lamp burn out. However, this is not a hazard.

D-ILA devices are manufactured using extremely high-precision technology. However, some of the pixels may not lit up or remain permanently lit up.
