Intended use
The SOEHNLE PROFESSIONAL Scale 9320 is designed for weighing product. These scales are intended for applications subject to compulsory calibration to accuracy class III and applications not subject to compulsory calibration within the EC. The scales comply with the types described in the EC Type Approval Certificate, as well as the applicable requirements of EC Directives 90/384/EEC, 89/336/EEC, 73/23/EEC and European Standard EN 45501.

When using electrical components under increased safety requirements, always comply with the appropriate regulations. Never perform work on the appliance while the power is switched on.
Improper installation will render the warranty null and void. Ensure the voltage marked on the power supply unit matches your mains power supply.

Cleaning
It is sufficient to clean the scale with a moist cloth and a regular cleaning agent. Do not use any scourers.
Maintenance
The scale does not require any routine maintenance. However, we recommend to check the scale's accu- racy at regular intervals. The regularity of these checks is dependent on the level of use and the state of the scale. If any inaccuracies occur, please contact your local dealer or SOEHNLE PROFESSIONAL ser- vice partner.

The unit is a measuring instrument. Air currents, vibrations, rapid changes in temperature and direct sun- light may have an effect on the accuracy of the scale.
The scale is protected to IP 54 protection class. Therefore, avoid high levels of humidity, vapours, aggres- sive liquid media and strong contamination.
